1. Account Usage

• You must be 18 years or older to use Magic Pay.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and OTPs.

• Any activity conducted through your account will be considered authorized by you.

2. Services

• Magic Pay offers UPI payments, bill payments, recharges, metro top-ups, insurance, financial tools, and more.

• We may update or modify services without prior notice.

3. Glow Coins

• Glow Coins are reward points, not legal tender.

• They can only be used for eligible redemptions within the app (recharges, bill pay, cashback wallet).

• Minimum redemption limit applies (currently 100 coins = ₹2).

4. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent transactions, illegal activities, and misuse of the referral program will lead to account suspension.

• Automated tools, fake signups, or coin farming will result in a permanent ban.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Magic Pay is not liable for delays, failed transactions due to third-party services, or user error.

• We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the updated terms.
