1. Payment Failures

  • If a recharge or bill payment fails and the amount is debited, it will be auto-refunded within 3–7 working days to your original payment method.

2. Double Payments

  • Accidental double payments will be verified and refunded after review, typically within 7 working days.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only applicable for failed transactions.

  • No refunds are provided for successfully processed payments, Glow Coin redemptions, or cashback credits.
